Summary
Wyke were unable to find the back of the net and went down to the early odd goal as they made their customary slow start. Cameron was a mere spectator in goal for most of the game as Wyke tried in vain to equalise in a one sided second half. Credit to the home side though who defended deep and well. Although there were some poor tackles and questionable decisions, Wyke had only themselves to blame at the end of the day as they lacked composure in front of goal. Lewis and Travis were solid in defence. Connor and Danny made some good breaks from midfield. Charlie and Owen left their shooting boots at home! Jack, Nathan and Thomas made the most of their opportunity from the bench.

It sounds like we were by far the best team! Unlucky Lads, and well done! Sorry I wasn't there
