Brighouse. B 1 v 9 Wyke. A

What a fantastic game of football displayed by Wyke. Starting off with striker Sam Wainman scoring the opening goal, which then led to Wyke taking control of the game and our midfielders Bradley Ho and Ryan Clay putting on a fantastic display of skills and passing. The boys then scored a further two goals before the half time whistle. Told the boys at half time that today was going to be hard at picking man of the match going on their first half performance. The second half kicked off with the boys going out full of confidence. Within minutes, the boys had put some excellent passing together leading to more goals from Patrick Mcgrath and Nathan Younghusband. Also scoring was Edward Tordoff getting his hatrick. Minutes from the end of the game, with Wyke dominating throughout, the referee awarded the opposition a penalty. Goalie, Dylan Silson, not having the busiest game, almost got his fingers to the ball when they took the penalty. Finished 9-1 to Wyke.

Goals-
Sam Wainman x1
Ryan Clay x 1
Patrick Mcgrath x2
Nathan Younghusband x2
Edward Tordoff x3

MOM- All the boys were awarded man of the match today.

Brighouse. D 1 v 6 Wyke. B

Another cracking game of football from the boys. Wyke started off the game with an early goal from Ibby Hussain who did well on the goal front today. Once again we were proving to be the stronger side with all players excelling in their ball control. Ben Sutcliffe and Samuel Bottomley were very unlucky today not to get on the score sheet too, even though they were playing in defence, showing their confidence on the ball in bringing the ball forward which created them many chances. Great work from midfielders Jordan Eli and Luke Hammond with Luke scoring two goals. Almost a clean sheet for Joseph Preston in goals, who made some great saves. Game finishing 6-1 to Wyke. A comfortable win from a great team performance.

Goals-
Ibby Hussain x4
Luke Hammond x2

MOM- Ben Sutcliffe

TWO OF THE BEST GAMES OF FOOTBALL I HAVE SEEN ALL SEASON- JUST LIKE TONY SAYS
ITS LIKE WATCHING BRAZIL! Laughing Laughing

WELL DONE BOYS.
