The dates for the Holland Exchange have now been confirmed as Thursday 19th to Monday 23rd May 2011.
£25 deposit is now reqiured of all players so that we can start the process of booking the flights.
It costs £25 per person to pre book the flights and the sooner we book them the sooner we know how much it total the exchange will cost.
Then we can work out how much it will cost per person and have an estimate of how much we have to raise via fundraising.
Deposits needed asap as price of flights usually only rise the longer we wait.
