We have once again reached the time of season where games are called off due to unsuitable pitches and poor weather.

Always assume that the game will be on until you hear otherwise. Don't presume the game will be off because its raining. Mini-Soccer Managers will use their discretion when deciding whether the weather is unsuitable to play in. 11-a-side Manager's will always play unles...

New Tea Lady

Wyke now have a tea lady back at Whitcliffe... Currently we are only supplying tea and coffee, but hopefully will be extending the range shortly.

We are glad to be supplying an invaluable service once again, especially as winter sets in.

A day at the races

Wyke Wanderers are planning a day to Ripon Races.

Saturday 24th April 2010.

More information to follow.Tickets will be around £10 for adults, Free for Children.

This is a club fundraiser, so please support if you can.

Club Christmas Do!!

Wyke Wanderers Christmas Do!!

This Year Wyke Wanderers will be holding an "Adults Only" Chritmas Do, for all parents, and club members.

The Event will be held at Scholes Cricket Club.

Friday 11th December... 7:30pm

DJ- Disco and Food supplied.

£3 entry will be charged on the door.

Coaching at St Winefreds School, Wibsey

Hi.

The schools Partnership has now been extended to St Winefreds School in Wibsey

Coaching sessions will be as follows

Fridays: 6th,13th,20th November: Year 1,2,3
Fridays: 27th Nov, 4th, 11th December: Years 4,5,6

There has already been a large number of children registered to take part in the coaching sessions.

Club Shop- Orders will now be processed weekly.

Hi,

Due to feedback from members of our club...

We will be submitting orders to our suppliers on a weekly basis.

All orders will be submitted on Monday, therefore you should make sure all orders are submitted by the Sunday prior.

This will mean all orders will be dispatched much quicker.

Manchester United thanks Wyke Wanderers!!!

Wyke are delighted to announce that Manchester United have been in touch to thank our club for our coaching efforts. Joe Dudgeon, who was a former Wyke Wanderer (in Steve Vickers' team) has been part of the Man U academy since leaving Wyke at Under 10's. Since then 18 year old Joe has signed a proffessional contract with Man Utd.
